Wine experts say this White wine delivers as promised with its full body, flush, quaffable mouthfeel and moderately oaked apple aromas. In the mouth, it falls away with a slight wad of mouthwatering acidity on the finish. This is a wine for lovers of really ripe Tasman Sauvignon, as this bottling shows. Aromas of bacon, mincemeat, butter and black fruit are followed by fruity but dry fruit and spice flavors. The wine is made in tiny amounts and is a consistent, excellent value. Tedeschi`s dry style is evident here, yet it remains a bit straightforward. With crisp acids and a dry core, it offers ups of ripe pineapple, pear and melon. The finish lightens in pretty ways, showing off hints of white pepper.
