Wine experts say this White wine delivers as advertised. The aromas of cocoa, vanilla, spice and honeyed fruit are good but standard. But the flavors are a bit moreierce and require a bit more acid to reach their full potential. Full, rich and spicy, this is a solid Cabernet to drink now. It`s soft in blackberry, cherry and cedar flavors, with the firm tannins a final bite of acidity. Delicious on the nose with pretty floral and herbes de Provence aromas of white flower, this dry wine is oily on the palate with a lovely rich streak of lemon acidity. It`s creamy and peachy on the finish. Rubbery, baked aromas of plum and berry are good but semisweet and earthy. This feels good but not very evolved, while flavors of spicy blackberry and plum come with herbal notes and mild chocolate and leather. Baked berry and plum are adequate but average.

The 170 acre Rocim estate has produced a rich, robust and full-bodied wine. It is concentrated with ripe fruit but remains structured and needing time to develop. The tannins will need to integrate as it ages. Drink from 2021. Over the years this Rhône blend, based on Mourvèdre and Grenache, has been one of the best red wines produced in Burgundy. It has richness, black fruits and dark tannins, superbly ripe and juicy. The texture is dense, packed with dryness as well as richness. It should age for a very long time, although drink from 2022. So ripe and lush a rosé, it`s like a fruitier version of Pinot Noir.
