Wine experts say this White wine delivers as it`s shown. It`s forward and fruity, with ripe gooseberry flavors and hints of green melon and apple. Feels chunky and round, with a creamy texture for the most part, and a hint of green pepper on the finish. The offbeat off-colored wine smells young and earthy, but also something as simple and dilute as cherry. There`s also a vegetal quality that feels milky and soft. More dry and straightforward than many young Chards. This is a dry, tannic, severe and simple wine. There`s not a lot of flavor in the fruit, but the mouthfeel indicates that there is a good deal of complexity. At this price, a terrific value. Fresh cherry and raspberry aromas are a challenging wine with loud acidity. The mouthfeel is narrow and wiry, with a shrill taste and racy acidity. Snappy and tart on the finish.
Wine experts say this White wine delivers as promised, with aromas of grapefruit pith, peach and wax flower. It`s dry, but there`s enough body and body and finish to pair with richer poultry, vegetable dishes, or even garden-plankings. Very ripe in aroma, almost thick in texture and syrupy in flavor, this wine has a leafy, brambly streak running throughout. It is full in the mouth but not yet flush, racy and refreshing. Peach and apple aromas are a touch briny. This weighs a hefty 60 g/L, with searing flavors of papaya, citrus fruits and citric acidity. A Loin de l`Oeil-style blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Hard berry and plum aromas show a balsamic note and a hint of clove. The briny character of toasted oak plays against more seasoned fruit, while the firm, structured structure.
Wine experts say this White wine delivers as promised with its full-bodied and floral aromas, its rich fruit flavors and the full structure of the estate wine. Editors like the zesty style, which seems to get sweeter with each passing year. Cheerful, bright and fresh on the bouquet, with dry aromas of raw grapes and white grapes, then layered with green, herbal notes and a touch of red-fruit richness. In the mouth, it`s tight and crisp. A good rendition of Chilean Cabernet, by contrast. It`s pure Rosenblum, not a blend, but a well-made, distinctive white wine. There is, in fact, a curious petrol aroma to the nose, the palate moving quickly from botrytis to astringency on the finish. The finish, though, is long and slightly stalky. Not a great wine, but nicely done. Imported by America Uncorked.
