Wine experts say this White wine delivers as it`s presented. It starts with floral aromas, then tropical fruit and a touch of pungent citrus. The mouthfeel is light and correct, but not all that dry. Finishes with a final wave of pith and toast. An interesting blend of equal parts Viognier and Pinot Gris, this wine is ripe, slightly oily in texture, with lime, apple and kiwi aromas. It`s sweet in the mouth, with buttered apple flavors and a basic stickiness. Shows the positives of good Chardonnay without the overripeness that sometimes comes from Grenache. This is a wine so rarity, so hard to detect due to the smelling and the flavors. It smells of burnt sugar, honey and lemon curd. Doesn`t taste like that, tastes like orange juice and has a citrusy aftertaste. Thins out quickly.

There is weight, and depth, despite some considerable bottle age. Drink this wine now. A huge, rich wine, which is ripe with blackberry, blueberry, crème de cassis and currant fruit flavors. It`s flat out outstanding, with smooth tannins, and is very dry, although that`s no surprise given the price. The acidity is dominant, leading to a buttered toast toast flavor throughout the finish.
