Wine experts say this White wine delivers as it should. It`s dry, brisk in acidity and carefully structured, with complex pear, citrus, almond and mineral flavors. The finish turns a little sweet. This is a Merlot with an extra pair of legs to go with. Right now, it`s crisp in acidity, with rich flavors of citrus, red and black currants, cola, vanilla and sweet, smoky oak. But it feels heavy, and needs a few more years to reach its full potential. A Chardonnay with just a tiny hint of the variety`s herbaceousness, but shows enough cherry and currant flavors to drink now. It`s dry, and feels nicely balanced. Fresh and spicy, with lots of acidity and a crisp, clean mouthfeel. The flavors are very nice, suggesting fresh lemon, lime, green mint tea and white pepper, and showing a bit of oak character.
