Wine experts say this White wine delivers as it`s presented. It starts off with appealing pear fruit, but then develops into pretty, jammy flavors of peaches and a brisk, chalky grip. This is a fairly sweet style of Sauvignon Blanc, showing sweeter pineapple, lemon and vanilla flavors. There are surprisingly pretty touches of lime and butter in the mix, and hints of garrigue in the mix as well. This wine is superrich, showing the benefits of age, but it has the structure and balance to keep it together. It is packed with ripe Meyer lemon and red fruits, with a mineral, acidity and a finishing character that wraps around the lemon zest and citrus. Give it a year to fully come together. This is a beautiful, lushly fruity wine, with up-front candy shop candy, oodles of fruit, and a light body with firm tannins and acidity.
