Wine experts say this White wine shows an unoaked Chardonnay style. It`s rich, a little scoury, and very dry in acidity, with an elegant, Zen-like tartness. The flavors are of peaches, green apples, limes, brioche and white pepper, with a honeyed minerality. Beautiful now, and should develop for a decade. A lovely Sauvignon Blanc, dry and crisp, with extraordinarily ripe tropical fruit, citrus, flower, vanilla and herb flavors, brightened with fine acidity. Feels luscious and refined, and strongly suggests drinking now. Great freshness and every detail equal Pinot Noir 76, but is this really all that good? This is a beautifully done, silky Pinot Noir, beautifully made, beautifully crisp and dry, that should improve for up to six years, if not longer.
