Wine experts say this White wine shows the qualities of Oregon Pinot No 1. Dry, citrusy and citrusy, with an earthy streak of grapefruits. Delicious now, and will be better in 2015. Very ripe in fruits, intense in Meyer lemon tart, with full minerality, very dry, with light sweet jelly fruit. The wine shows great acidity and intense flavors of raspberries and pears. Powerful wine, tannic, needs aging. Needs toast and plenty of ripe black fruits to bring out the best of the Cabernet region. It`s smooth, oak-driven, rich in jammy red and black berry flavors, and the tannins are firm. Doesn`t seem to be a wine for the picking, but it`s the sort of dense, dry complexity that makes a good, all-purpose wine.
